Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a well-established tool manufacture in KCK is looking for warehouse associates to join their team. Pay starts at $18 and goes up once hired on.
Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Move inventory using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment (as trained)
  • Stock shelves and maintain proper inventory organization
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counting activities
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Meet daily productivity and quality goals
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure operational success
Qualifications
Required
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
