Job Description
Manages superintendents, supervisors, and hourly associates in relation to safety, quality, employee relations, yield, and productivity. Night Shift
Duties/Activities Required by Job
  • Ensuring all milestones, financial targets and success metrics are met.
  • Developing process improvements to increase level of service utilizing business and technical resources.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, including scope, costs, resources and timing.
  • Developing, managing and maintaining ongoing work plan and coordinating schedules and activities.
  • Promote and enforce a culture of safety

Educations/Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preffered (Ag, Operations Management, Business)
  • 5-7 years demonstrated supervisory/management, must include experience managing multiple departments, experience will be considered in lieu of degree, previous poultry experience preferred, previous manufacturing management experience required if no poultry.
  • Demonstrated experience with Financial analysis in an operations setting (Agristats), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) in depth knowledge and experience. USDA regulations on sanitation and pre-operations guidelines.
