ย Position Summary

Crow Holdings seeks an experienced HRIS Analyst to support the Human Resources team. This role serves as a hands-on technical resource, ensuring accurate data, efficient workflows, system integrations, and high touch end-user support. The Analyst partners with the broader HR team to resolve issues, implement enhancements, develop reports, and support ongoing HR technology initiatives, including the use of AI. The successful candidate brings the analytical and problem-solving skills needed to drive efficient, data-informed HR operations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Analyze business needs and design automated, AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and streamline processes
  • Maintain accurate employee data, performing audits and regular updates to ensure integrity across payroll, benefits, and employee records
  • Administer, configure, and optimize HR systems (including UKG and compensation platform), managing upgrades, enhancements, testing, and system security
  • Build and analyze scheduled and ad-hoc reports to support data-driven decision-making
  • Troubleshoot system, workflow, access, and integration issues, partnering with IT and vendors to resolve complex cases
  • Maintain UKG support cases and service requests, updating stakeholders as needed
  • Drive process improvements and integration optimization in collaboration with HR and cross-functional partners across the firm
  • Provide user support and training to ensure strong system adoption and effective utilization
  • Support audits, performance cycles, integrations, and other HR initiatives as needed

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent HRIS experience
  • 3+ years of HR systems experience, preferably with UKG Pro (UltiPro)
  • Experience administering HCM and timekeeping systems, including employee data, job codes, security roles, and configurations
  • Advanced Excel skills, with experience developing tools and reports to improve efficiency
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation tools
  • Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, write functional specifications, and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Capable of building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders; agility to support technical and non-technical users
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential and sensitive HR data
