Job Description:  

  • Capture and document existing Sales Commissions and Incentives system functions and processes (AS-IS state). 

  • Identify pain points, challenges, and system gaps in the current setup. 

  • Gather and consolidate new business requirements and expectations from senior stakeholders. 

  • Conduct workshops and meetings with business leadership and functional teams. 

  • Prepare detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, and system documentation. 

  • Analyze and document to-be process models for the future system. 

  • Partner with technical and functional teams to align requirements for system enhancement or redesign. 

  • Present findings and recommendations to management for review and approval. 

Required Skills & Experience 

  • Mandatory Skill: CX – Oracle CRM Business Analysis. 

  • Proven expertise in Sales Commissions and Incentives management systems.
