Qualifications

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Duties and Leadership
Support the implementation and ensure the availability of Demantra, through pro-active technical support.
Support will range from user account management to simple break-fix to design, configuration and troubleshooting of report/view/worksheet and even more complex system configuration.
Work with IT organization and end business clients to develop requirements, plan, and implement new trade campaigns and system enhancements to Demantra.
Maintain relationship with Oracle Support and Oracle Consulting Services for critical issue resolution and future
Produce sound, comprehensible documentation for new projects and support issues.
Identify and coordinate data related issue resolution
Lead application upgrades, patches and approve changes to the application system software or hardware
Review user procedures and training materials and conduct end user training classes
Maintain communication channels between all stakeholders in the business and IT
Alternative Technical Skills:
Programing experience in SQL language (e.g., ORACLE PL/SQL)
Experience in Oracle/ SQL server supplied packages, Dynamic SQL, Records and PL/SQL Tables.
Experience in integration objects such as loading data into tables using SQL Loader.
Involved in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from analysis, design, development, testing and maintenance with timely delivery against aggressive timelines.
Experience in writing, compiling and debugging stored procedures
Experience with integration objects, massaging of data , doing data loads.
Experience with scripting in Linux/Windows and the ability to debug scripts is an added bonus
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science or equivalent experience
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 5 years IT experience or heavy involvement in development and support of application development and configuration
Experience and solid working knowledge of Oracle Demantra required
