Role: Oracle Application Developer
Location: Jersey City, NJ (3 Days onsite/ Week)
Job Description:
Individual Contributor; Oracle Applications development. Design, Code, test the applications; Understand the business requirements and deliver according to the project timelines. Interact business stakeholders and analyze the requirements. Application management and L3 support. Support deployments and application releases.
- 8+ years of experience in system analysis, software design and development
- 8+ years in Oracle Applications Development. Strong Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Exadata database and ETL processes development experience.
- 5+ years working experience in Oracle Financials in a corporate environment
- Strong Accounting and Financial background knowledge
- Proven abilities to collaborate with technical product owner prioritizing technology initiatives and technical debt remediation
- Experience with General Ledger, Accounts Payables and Fixed Assets preferred.
- Experience in Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud Fusion, BIP preferred.
- Hands-on experience in implementing or supporting Oracle BIP and OBIEE
- Experience working on Oracle Fusion cloud ERP system is a plus
- Prior experience with ETL, large relational databases
- Prior experience with data analysis and reporting
- Experience in Unix Shell scripting.
- Knowledge and exposure to the entire SDLC from Requirements, Design, Development, Testing and Production Support.
- Knowledge and experience in trouble shooting, maintaining and preparing technical documents and assisting training the clients.
- Knowledge of batch processing tools like Autosys
- Ability to work with customers and good communication skills.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
