We’re searching for a high‑impact Oracle Application Manager to lead the technical management, integration, and optimization of our Oracle Fusion Cloud ecosystem. 🚀 Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesOracle Cloud Administration & Optimization
  • Administer, configure, and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (ERP, SCM, WMS, OTM, EPM, etc.)
  • Manage PAAS/SAAS environments and ensure secure, reliable, high‑performing solutions
  • Oversee user provisioning, security roles, SSO, and cloud/network connectivity
  • Troubleshoot performance, latency, and access issues across environments
Systems Integration & Architecture
  • Design, implement, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware
  • Connect Oracle Cloud with enterprise systems (EDI, 3PL, payroll, CRM, and more)
  • Ensure data integrity, master data management, and cybersecurity compliance
Release Management & Technical Governance
  • Lead quarterly Oracle updates, regression testing, UAT, and production cutovers
  • Manage sandbox refreshes, environment strategy, and technical documentation
  • Serve as the escalation point for Oracle SRs, incidents, and integration failures
  • Partner with Oracle support and managed service providers
Innovation, Automation & Business Partnership
  • Identify opportunities for automation, performance tuning, and cost optimization
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Provide training, documentation, and support for end users and super users
  • Collaborate with business process owners to enhance workflows and system adoption

💡 Skills Required
  • Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud administration (ERP, SCM, WMS, OTM, EPM)
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture, network protocols, SSO, and security best practices
  • Hands‑on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, and data migration tools
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills across cloud, integration, and network layers
  • Experience with automation, scripting, and workflow configuration
  • Ability to document technical processes and train users effectively
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels

🎓 Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Networking, or related field

  • Proven experience managing PAAS/SAAS solutions, integrations, and cloud/network environments
