Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive express care to a diverse patient population with the support and resources needed to practice at the peak of your license
  • This is a walk-in clinic (Express Care) with volume varying by season (i.e. flu, etc.)
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including primary care providers, care coordinators, behavioral health, pharmacy, and community specialists.
  • Perform in-office procedures as expected in urgent care such as simple skin surgery, fracture care, joint injections, maternity care, IUD's, diagnostic interpretation, etc.
  • Work with a team of professionals and ancillary staff aiding in workflow efficiency
  • Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives
  • Educate and empower your patients to take ownership of their health

Required Qualifications:
  • Unrestricted medical licensure in the state where this job will be performed or ability to obtain prior to starting employment
  • Board certified or board eligible as a Family Nurse Practitioner (ANCC/AANP) or a Physician Assistant (NCCPA)
  • Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to starting employment

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $109,500 - $164,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
