Title: Scrum Master (3-5 years of experience)
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Schedule: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote
Employment Type: 9-month Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $39-42/hr (W-2/40hrs a week)
Start Date: July 28, 2026
About the Role
We are seeking a Scrum Master to join a growing team during an exciting period of transformation. This is a hands-on, facilitative role ideal for someone who thrives working closely with developers, fostering strong team collaboration, and driving continuous improvement.
You will support 3-4 Agile teams while helping scale Agile practices across multiple initiatives. This role goes beyond running ceremonies-you'll help connect teams, align delivery to business outcomes, and drive sustainable improvements across the organization.
What You Will Do
  • Lead Agile execution for 3-4 teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Maintain and enhance visibility into team progress using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
  • Participate in Agile forums such as Scrum of Scrums and Communities of Practice
  • Help teams manage priorities, remove blockers, and proactively mitigate risks
  • Promote team ownership through coaching on estimation, capacity planning, and delivery predictability
  • Identify and manage cross-team dependencies through strong communication and collaboration
  • Support Agile adoption and change management through stakeholder engagement and data-driven insights
  • Foster an inclusive, feedback-driven team culture focused on shared accountability
  • Model high standards in Agile execution and continuous improvement

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery leader
  • Experience supporting multiple Agile teams simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Agile tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to navigate change effectively
  • Solid understanding of Scrum, Agile principles, and scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe)
