Job description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master who can quickly integrate into the team, lead Agile ceremonies with minimal onboarding, and drive successful project delivery. This is an excellent contract-to-hire opportunity for a collaborative leader passionate about Agile best practices, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement in a hybrid work environment.
  • Pay Range :$55/hr to $60/hr on W2

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach Agile teams on Scrum and SAFe principles to ensure effective delivery.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align priorities and remove delivery roadblocks.
  • Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and impediments.
  • Maintain Agile project tracking and reporting using Azure DevOps.
  • Foster transparent communication, collaboration, and accountability across teams.
  • Escalate risks and issues appropriately while supporting timely resolution.
  • Support onboarding activities and contribute to continuous process improvements.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools, where applicable, to improve team efficiency and delivery.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master with the ability to contribute immediately with minimal training.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and SAFe practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, and reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing dependencies, risks, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
  • Interest or experience with AI, automation, Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, or Power Automate is a plus.
  • Must be interested in a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity and able to meet hybrid work expectations.
