Job Purpose and Impact

The Senior Executive Assistant provides comprehensive support to senior executives in our Digital Technology & Data team by managing complex calendars, coordinating key business activities, and anticipating organizational needs. In this role, you will  make independent decisions, have exceptional prioritization skills, and the ability to navigate competing demands in a fast-paced environment.


Key Accountabilities
  • Manage complex and constantly evolving calendars for multiple executives, balancing competing priorities and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and events across multiple international time zones while optimizing executive schedules and minimizing conflicts.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to executives by proactively identifying scheduling risks, recommending alternatives, and helping prioritize high-value activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader Executive Assistant team to ensure seamless support, coverage, and alignment across leadership teams.
  • Exercise sound judgment in managing executive time, professionally challenging requests and priorities when appropriate to ensure focus on the most critical business needs.
  • Anticipate administrative, logistical, and operational needs and proactively implement solutions with minimal direction.
  • Build effective working relationships with senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners in a global, matrixed organization.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • Confirmed work experience with senior leadership levels leading global teams in a matrixed organization
  • General knowledge of international travel requirements and coordination
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational and prioritization skills while managing multiple executives and competing demands
  • Exercise discretion, sound judgment, and confidence in navigating complex situations and influencing outcomes
  • Build trusted partnerships by providing thoughtful counsel, recommendations, and constructive pushback when needed
  • Collaborate effectively with administrative and business teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality executive support experience
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, professionalism, and responsiveness
Compensation Data

The expected hourly rate for this position is $31.00 -$36.00.   Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Cargill we put people first.
