Wholesale Sales Manager

Mercola

Cape Coral, FL • On-site

Full-time

Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement, PTO

Job description

This is the kind of role people wait years to find.
You won't inherit a polished wholesale machine. You'll build the engine that changes the trajectory of an entire business. Every retail partnership you create, every broker relationship you shape, every international channel you expand will exist because you made it real.
You'll feel the pride of walking into something underbuilt and transforming it into momentum that reaches across the country and around the world. You'll watch partnerships you created from scratch become the foundation of massive growth. Within your first 12-18 months you'll have established a scalable wholesale sales engine, expanded national retail distribution, strengthened broker partnerships, launched new international channels, and created predictable revenue growth across wholesale. Years from now, you'll be able to point to an entire revenue engine and say: I built that.
This is not a role for someone who wants to maintain. It is for someone who wants to create, lead, and leave fingerprints on something that matters. This is the type of role that defines careers-not because of the title, but because of what you'll have built.
You'll help reshape the future of how premium wellness products reach millions of people seeking better health. You'll build relationships that compound into impact, growth, and long-term legacy.
And if you succeed, the upside is enormous because the value you create did not exist before.
This is the kind of opportunity people look back on as the moment they built something unforgettable.
If this sounds like the challenge you've been waiting for, we'd love to hear from you.
Wholesale Sales Manager
ROLE SNAPSHOT -
  • Location/Schedule: Remote (United States), Full-Time
  • Competitive base salary plus an uncapped performance opportunity aligned directly with wholesale revenue growth.
  • Purpose: Build and lead the entire wholesale sales operation across retail, marketplace, broker, and international distribution channels.
  • Partner directly with executive leadership on wholesale strategy and long-term growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -
  • Build the wholesale sales function from zero across all non-DTC revenue channels
  • Audit and recalibrate existing wholesale relationships, pricing structures, and deal terms
  • Develop and manage broker relationships while strategically transitioning key accounts in-house over time
  • Expand retail distribution footprint across supplement and wellness channels
  • Lead marketplace channel growth and wholesale strategy across Amazon, Walmart, iHerb, and related platforms
  • Build and scale international wholesale distribution partnerships
  • Create and manage pipeline forecasting, account growth plans, and revenue KPIs
  • Operate independently with high accountability and day-one execution expectations

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS -
  • Proven supplement industry wholesale sales leadership experience
  • Demonstrated success in building wholesale revenue portfolios from scratch
  • Deep understanding of broker network lifecycle management
  • Experience building retail distribution relationships within the supplement industry
  • International wholesale distribution experience
  • Strong track record negotiating and managing wholesale partnerships
  • Comfortable operating independently with minimal supervision and high accountability
  • Proven ability to execute quickly in turnaround or high-growth environments

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -
  • Experience scaling marketplace wholesale channels
  • Existing supplement industry broker and retailer relationships
  • Experience rebuilding underperforming wholesale programs

WHAT WE OFFER -
  • You'll have executive and team support and the freedom to build the right infrastructure rather than inherit outdated processes.
  • Opportunity to build and own a wholesale operation from the ground up
  • High-impact role tied directly to company growth
  • Aggressive compensation structure with meaningful upside tied to revenue performance
  • Authority to shape wholesale strategy, partnerships, pricing direction, and go-to-market decisions.
  • Opportunity to shape national and international growth strategy

Honest Challenge.
Mercola has spent decades building one of the most recognized brands in natural health. Millions of consumers trust our products, but our wholesale business is still largely untapped. That means you'll have the advantage of building on an established brand while creating entirely new channels for growth. This role is not for someone looking for a slow ramp-up period. The wholesale business requires immediate rebuilding, strategic recalibration, and fast execution. Success requires industry expertise, resilience, accountability, and the ability to build momentum quickly in a high-ownership environment.
For the right person, this is the opportunity to build something few professionals ever get the chance to own.
If you've spent your career building someone else's wholesale success, this is your opportunity to build your own legacy. Ready to jump in? Apply today!
PLEASE NOTE: While we appreciate candidates who reach out directly, given the volume, we are unable to respond to each inquiry individually.
This position offers a competitive base salary plus an uncapped performance opportunity aligned directly with wholesale revenue growth.
