Summary
The Operations Administrator assists with duties in order to maintain an efficient and productive operation. Qualified applicants must possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, be able to communicate with senior management, other support staff, hourly employees, and customers.
Job Description
  • Assists in troubleshooting and resolving safety, service, and operational issues
  • Creates, distributes, and closes-out work orders on a daily basis
  • Maintains and distributes department related information as needed
  • Communicates with other supervisors and managers about operations and/or dispatch issues
  • Completes and maintains a variety of reports as directed by the department manager
  • Assists with data collection and reporting
  • Assists in the implementation of operational projects as needed
  • Communicates with customers about service issues as needed
  • Communicates with employees about scheduling and work assignments as needed
  • May enter and maintain SoftPack data on a daily basis
  • Greeting customers, visitors and vendors
  • Performs other administrative duties as assigned
  • Assist in improving and/or creating operation process
  • Produces productivity reports
  • Maintains productivity data through Softpak software and/or Excel
  • Collaborates on special projects as they arise

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D
  • Computer literacy (MS office)
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Great organization and communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Record keeping experience
  • Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations

Salary: $24.45 - $29.75/hour
Schedule: Monday - Saturday from 5:00 am - 4:30 pm
