We are looking for experienced and driven Operations Supervisor to support a large-scale, 24/7 warehouse operation during an exciting start-up phase. This role will lead operations teams across multiple shifts, drive performance, and help create a culture focused on safety, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead daily warehouse operations across multiple shifts in a 24/7 environment
  • Manage and develop team leads, and frontline employees
  • Drive performance in safety, productivity, quality, and customer service

What We’re Looking For
  • Operations leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environments
  • Experience leading large teams in high-volume operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Experience supporting multi-shift or 24/7 operations preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to build strong partnerships across departments
  • Experience with warehouse systems, metrics, and operational reporting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
  • Start-up, transition, or greenfield launch experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing salaried leaders and hourly workforces
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience is a plus

About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Plan, coordinate work, train, motivate, monitor and evaluate performance of team members; ensure their ability to safely operate material handling equipment to move materials.
  • Monitor and measure team member performance for accuracy and document on daily production metrics.
  • Identify and eliminate safety and housekeeping hazards to minimize workplace accidents.
  • Ensure compliance of employees to processes, work instructions, standard work and work elements.
  • Liaise with materials department to ensure on time receipt and shipment of material.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications

  • HS Diploma/GED required
  • Experience supervising in an Automotive, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain/Logistics facility.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience and or training regarding the Occupational Health & Safety, 5S, Lean Methodologies preferred.
  • Quality systems knowledge - to a reasonable level be able to monitor staff performance and costs within the department (including, but not limited to: time-keeping, quality, productivity, etc.)
