As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to help oversee operations, support team performance, and drive growth within one of our core divisions.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Operations to join our growing solar organization. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operational performance, driving process improvement, supporting cross-functional teams, and helping scale the business through strong execution and team development.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong operational experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple departments in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of performance and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support day-to-day operational activities across multiple teams and departments
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with leadership to support company initiatives, operational goals, and long-term planning
  • Create and maintain scalable processes, systems, and standard operating procedures (SOPs
  • Lead, mentor, and develop managers and team leaders through coaching, accountability, and performance management
