We are hiring a part-time City Manager Intern to support our New York operations and help manage day-to-day logistics for our marketing campaigns.

Youโ€™ll work directly with Brand Ambassadors, handle campaign materials, and help keep daily operations organized and running smoothly.

Itโ€™s a hands-on, in-office role ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

We offer 3 channels, Hand-to-hand (in peopleโ€™s hands), Door-to-Door (in peopleโ€™s mailboxes), and Direct Mail (in peopleโ€™s mailboxes via national post service). We operate in 10+ countries, the main ones being Australia, New Zealand, France, the UK, the US, and Canada. Responsibilities

Brand Ambassador Support

  • Assist Brand Ambassadors during material pickups at the office
  • Distribute flyers and campaign materials
  • Help coordinate pickup flow to keep operations efficient

Inventory & Logistics

  • Organize and manage marketing inventory
  • Prepare materials for upcoming shifts
  • Track materials and support campaign readiness

Office Operations

  • Maintain an organized workspace
  • Support day-to-day office logistics
  • Assist the operations team with basic administrative tasks
