Hands-on coaching approach: You provide real-time support, guidance, and issue resolution while helping staff stay aligned and accountable.

Continuous improvement mindset: You identify inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and support process improvements in collaboration with leadership.

What You'll Gain

High-impact leadership role: Your work directly improves patient flow, access to care, and overall site performance, ensuring patients receive timely, efficient, and compassionate care when they need it most.

Hands-on operational experience: Lead daily execution across scheduling, capacity management, front office operations, and workflow optimization.

Collaborative environment: Partner with technologists, front office staff, providers, and leadership teams who are committed to shared success.

Growth opportunity: Build expertise in healthcare operations, radiology workflows, and multi-modality imaging environments.

Visibility and influence: Play a key role in identifying operational improvements and helping shape site-level performance outcomes.
