  • Cultivate an environment committed to health and safety.
  • Learn all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire.
  • Manage operation of the school in the Director's absence.
  • Assist the Director to ensure maximum enrollment and effective cost control.

Our ideal candidate has:
  • A strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community.
  • Experience in early childcare center with GA Decal licensing and compliance,
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience.
  • Must have great verbal and written communication skills, be computer savvy, (know how to use Microsoft Office) write well and be creative making flyers, notices, etc. This position starts immediately.

This position is busy and not just a "Desk job". Please do not assume you will sit at a desk all day because you will not. Duties will include answering phones and email, supporting compliance, answering questions from parents, filing, supplying teachers with necessary supplies, ordering materials, scheduling tours for prospective families, answering calls from classrooms which may include covering for a teacher, daily laundry, preparation of disinfecting materials etc.
Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm with a level of flexibility in hours as needed.
