What You'll Do

As our Operations Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our daily operations. Here’s a glimpse into your responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Calendar Coordination: Manage schedules across the team, guests, and vendors to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
  • Vendor Logistics: Oversee bookings, deliveries, invoices, and follow-ups with vendors.
  • Inventory Management: Track supplies and consumables, and reorder before we run out.
  • Facilities Coordination: Organize maintenance and vendor visits to keep our space in top shape.
  • Onboarding Support: Handle logistics for new hires, including accounts, equipment, and welcome kits.
  • Operational Documentation: Maintain and update SOPs, checklists, and runbooks.
  • Event and Offsite Logistics: Support planning and coordination for team events and offsite activities.
