Role Overview

The Business Operations Executive will oversee daily business operations, operational budget tracking, facility management, and cross-border administrative coordination for our Regional Headquarters in Plano, TX. This role ensures smooth daily corporate workflows, vendor governance, and seamless operational alignment between US leadership and our global offices.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Operational Governance
  • Establish, streamline, and maintain standard operating procedures and governance frameworks for regional corporate workflows.
  • Partner with executive leadership to implement operational policies, risk mitigation plans, and business continuity strategies.
  • Monitor operational performance metrics, track deliverables, and manage administrative reporting for executive reviews.
Financial Tracking & Vendor Management
  • Track regional operating budgets, monitor expenditures, and oversee consultant expense approval workflows.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, service level agreements (SLAs), lease administration, and equipment/software procurement.
  • Coordinate with central finance and accounting teams on invoicing workflows, expense reconciliations, and operational audits.
Cross-Border Collaboration & Compliance
  • Serve as a central administrative liaison between US operations and engineering centers in India (Hyderabad, Mumbai, Noida).
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, client master service agreements (MSAs), data security guidelines, and facility compliance standards.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics, workspace readiness, and corporate administrative processes for regional personnel.
Plano Facility & Site Management
  • Direct daily operations, administrative services, physical security, and infrastructure for the 5601 Headquarters Dr office.
  • Lead logistics planning for executive summits, client visits, and regional corporate events.
  • Maintain a high standard of workplace amenities and employee support services.

Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in business operations, corporate administration, or professional services operations.
  • Core Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial tracking, data analysis, reporting) and the broader Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Global Coordination: Demonstrated experience coordinating workflows across multi-time-zone teams.
  • ommunication & Organization: Strong organizational, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills with executive presence.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior operational or business administration experience within an IT professional services, software, or technology consulting firm.
  • Familiarity with enterprise ERP or business management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite).
  • Experience managing office setups, facilities transitions, or expanding regional headquarters.
