At Advancial as our Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding IT processing, core system requirements, user needs and technology solutions to effectively recommend and implement IT solutions; preparing documentation related to user needs, processing requirements and system functions; and eliciting, analyzing, communicating and validating requirements for core systems, processes and solutions.

What You'll Do:
  • Analyze and evaluate Core system operations, integrations, and user requirements.
  • Develop, modify, and support Core system programs, reports, workflows, and automated processes.
  • Perform system maintenance, issue resolution, enhancements, and version upgrades.
  • Research, recommend, and integrate system and process improvements.
  • Serve as liaison with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate system updates.
  • Create and maintain documentation, data processing records, and job schedules.
  • Support testing, training, and implementation of Core and related system upgrades.
  • Provide workflow assistance, troubleshooting, and oncall support for missioncritical systems.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) from a four-year College or university and minimum two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of formal education and experience.ย  Must be capable of accomplishing basic software development tasks.ย 

This position is hybrid at our Remote Operations Center. Compensation is determined by a candidate's background, including experience and education. $76,000-96,000.
