The Operations Manager strengthens the systems, processes, and data that power our business and supports every department with operational clarity and consistency.

Job Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining and improving the systems, workflows, and data that support our SaaS platform. This role focuses on technical operations, workflow creation, data integrity, integration management, and cross-departmental efficiency. The Operations Manager supports Customer Success, Development, Finance, Compliance, and Marketing, and Sales, ensuring each team has the structure and clarity needed to operate effectively.

Key Responsibilities Platform and Integrations
  • Manage day-to-day operations of HubSpot, Stripe, 90.io, and internal tools

  • Oversee integrations and ensure accurate data flow across systems

  • Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with Dev on technical updates

  • Test product releases and validate workflow or data impacts

  • Onboard the newest team members into platforms and provide them with relevant access and training on how to manage the software

Data Management and Auditing
  • Perform regular audits of CRM (Hubspot)
  • Maintain clean and accurate data within HubSpot
  • Resolve discrepancies through structured investigation and documentation
Operational Efficiency and Workflows
  • Build internal workflows, SOPs, automation rules, and checklists
  • Identify inefficiencies and create improvements to reduce manual work
  • Document updated processes and operational guides
Department Efficiency Support
  • Improve workflows and data accuracy.
Internal Technical Support
  • Provide technical assistance to team members
  • Configure system settings, workflows, or fields when needed
  • Assist teams with operational questions related to data or processes
Continuous Improvement
  • Track recurring issues and identify operational solutions
  • Create templates, dashboards, and tools for team efficiency

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, systems management, or SaaS administration

  • Strong technical aptitude

  • 2 years of experience with HubSpot CRM required, HubSpot Certification strongly preferred)

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication and documentation abilities

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a remote environment

  • Bonus Qualifications: Experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and/or Stripe Certification is a plus.
