This role is designed for remote operations, allowing you to manage your schedule while offering vital therapeutic services to our clients. Although primarily remote, you will be part of a dynamic team that values open communication and regular collaboration. Regular virtual team meetings will be held to promote teamwork, share best practices, and maintain a high standard of care. As an LPC at St. Elizabeth Counseling Center, you will have access to cutting-edge telehealth technology that facilitates seamless interaction with clients.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, using standardized assessment tools and interviews.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, ensuring they are measurable and achievable.
• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions both virtually and via telehealth platforms, addressing a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship struggles.
• Consistently document session notes and track client progress within our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
• Work closely with other healthcare providers when necessary, fostering an interdisciplinary approach to client care that promotes overall health and wellness.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in compliance with HIPAA regulations and our internal privacy policies.

• A valid Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and collaboration with team members.
• A demonstrated ability to apply therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs in diverse and flexible settings.

• Experience in working with specific populations such as children and adolescents or experience in substance abuse recovery and crisis management.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records to enhance client care and treatment documentation.
