Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals and families to determine mental health needs and establish therapeutic goals.
  • Lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique situation.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, adapting approaches as necessary based on client progress.
  • Provide crisis intervention when necessary, guiding clients through immediate mental health challenges while connecting them to additional resources.
  • Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of clinical notes, ensuring compliance with state regulations and upholding the highest ethical standards.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, including training sessions, workshops, and supervision, to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with evolving best practices in the field.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including families, couples, and individuals facing a range of challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our clients come from various backgrounds, emphasizing the importance of cultural competence and sensitivity in treatment. Qualifications
  • Must possess a valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Illinois.
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
  • At least 4 years of experience in outpatient mental health settings is essential.
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience utilizing telehealth technologies for therapy sessions.
  • Background in crisis management and trauma-informed care.
  • Familiarity with integrated care models and collaborative practice frameworks.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
