• Conduct thorough assessments of clients presenting with substance abuse and related mental health issues.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs, utilizing evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Provide direct psychotherapy sessions to clients, ensuring a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
• Maintain detailed and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and professional standards.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to coordinate care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health and substance abuse challenges, as well as available resources to aid in recovery.
• Stay updated with the latest research in substance abuse treatment and integrate new findings into practice.
• Manage an appropriate caseload to meet treatment goals while adhering to ethical standards and best practices.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, each bringing unique backgrounds and challenges related to substance use and mental health. Our patient population comprises individuals aged 18 and older, including those with co-occurring disorders. Your role will play a foundational part in supporting these clients throughout their recovery journey, utilizing strength-based approaches to empower them in achieving their goals.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW license in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, specifically in substance abuse therapy.
• Comprehensive understanding of solution-oriented, evidence-based interventions.
• Outstanding communication, active listening, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

While not mandatory, additional experience working with diverse populations or in integrated care settings will enhance your ability to connect with clients. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth systems is also advantageous as our practice utilizes modern technology to support our remote operations.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
