  • Maintain regular communication with executive leadership regarding property performance, challenges, opportunities, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of multi-property hotel operations leadership experience.
  • Prior experience as a Regional Director of Operations, Area Director, Multi-Unit General Manager, or similar hospitality leadership role strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Choice Hotels brands is highly preferred. Experience with Everhome Suites®, Cambria®, Comfort, Quality, Sleep Inn, MainStay, WoodSpring Suites, or similar select-service and extended-stay brands is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success leading multiple hotel properties and achieving financial and operational objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Revenue Management, Food & Beverage (where applicable), and Guest Services.
  • Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, labor controls, and financial performance analysis.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and hospitality reporting platforms.
