Lone Star Pediatric Dentistry and Braces is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily practice operations while delivering an exceptional patient and team experience.

This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, supporting financial performance, leading office staff, and helping create a positive, patient-focused culture throughout the practice.

Qualifications:

Bilingual Spanish required
Minimum 5 years of leadership or practice management experience
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
