Job Role: Revenue Operations Executive

Job Type- Full-Time

Location- Denver, Houston (Onsite)

Profile Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Revenue Operations Executive who will be the primary owner and steward of HubSpot across client. This role ensures HubSpot is used consistently, accurately, and effectively to support sales execution, customer communication tracking, forecasting, and executive decision-making. The CRM Manager plays a critical role in maintaining clean data, reliable reporting, and a scalable CRM foundation that enables long-term growth of the sales organization. This role does not include direct people management. responsibilities and is focused on CRM ownership, governance, and enablement.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary owner and steward of HubSpot across the organization.

  • Act as the HubSpot subject matter expert and first point of contact for CRM-related questions, guidance, and best practices.

  • Ensure consistent and correct HubSpot usage across sales and related departments.

  • Establish, document, and enforce CRM usage standards and data entry requirements.

  • Proactively identify and correct missing, incomplete, or inaccurate data to protect system integrity.

  • Maintain CRM cleanliness to ensure trust in reporting and forecasting.

  • Support sales team adoption through onboarding, training, guidance, and ongoing reinforcement of CRM expectations.

  • Partner with sales leadership to ensure HubSpot reflects real-world sales workflows and business processes.

  • Reinforce accountability for CRM usage and escalate issues when standards are not being met.

  • Identify sales and leadership reporting needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.

  • Partner with leadership to ensure reports and dashboards align with forecasting, pipeline management, and executive decision-making.

  • Ensure reporting accuracy by maintaining strong CRM data discipline and usage standards.

  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical resources responsible for report and dashboard creation.

  • Review and evaluate proposed CRM changes to ensure alignment with established business processes prior to deployment.

  • Partner with CRM developers and technical resources to communicate business requirements, priorities, and desired outcomes.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Leadership, and technical partners to ensure CRM alignment with business needs.

  • Serve as a strategic partner to sales leadership on CRM optimization and process improvement.

  • Continuously evaluate and refine CRM workflows as the sales organization scales.

  • Support onboarding and training of new sales team members.
    Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working with CRM platforms, with at least 3 years serving as a primary CRM owner or administrator (HubSpot strongly preferred).

  • Proven experience supporting sales teams and leadership with CRM adoption, data governance, and reporting.

  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and CRM-driven reporting.

  • Experience partnering with technical resources or CRM developers to translate business requirements into system solutions.

  • Proven experience managing and governing HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform.

  • Background in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations is a strong plus

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a high standard for data accuracy and consistency.

  • Comfortable enforcing standards while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.
