Job description

Two Six Technologies is currently seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer with Active TS/SCI with Polygraph to support our customer's mission-essential applications within an Agile Team.  The devops engineer will be responsible for the development, deployment, and support of cloud based infrastructure and accompanying documentation. 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Focus on delivering infrastructure as code (IaC) to ensure environments are consistently provisioned and can be easily replicated.
  • Creation of new environments and capabilities in collaboration with members of various cross functional teams.
  • Work on a Greenfield project to modernize and reimagine, rather than merely recreate a legacy system.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of Linux, Cloud DevOps, Shell and/or Python scripting

Nice If You Have: 

  • Used Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation to create cloud infrastructure
  • Understanding of AWS networking and security groups
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD toolchains
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ECR, and EKS

Security Clearance:

  • Active TS/SCI w. Polygraph
