How to become an operations engineer?

A bachelor's degree in industrial engineering is necessary to become an operations engineer. You must also become a licensed professional engineer (PE) and obtain any certifications relevant to the industry. Trade schools also provide valuable skills. You need to be able to use statistic process control (SPC) tools, and you should have experience with operational systems. A valid driver's license is necessary to operate motor vehicles for some companies.
