What You’ll Do
  • Strategically schedule and dispatch field technicians for service calls and projects

  • Prioritize incoming requests based on urgency, location, and technician availability

  • Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and deliver toptier service

  • Work closely with internal teams to allocate resources for emergency or highpriority calls

  • Track technician progress throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed

  • Maintain accurate, uptodate records of service calls, technician activity, and workflow changes
