Architect the Future of Global Revenue as our Director of Revenue Operations!

Are you ready to drive operational excellence for a world-class technology leader? Trimble is seeking a strategic visionary to lead our global order-to-revenue lifecycle, ensuring financial integrity and scalability during a period of massive business transformation. As a trusted partner to Finance, Sales, and IT, you will shape the systems and governance frameworks that enable seamless, compliant revenue recognition across our global enterprise.

This role serves as a primary architect of Trimble's business transformation, offering the unique opportunity to lead the operational implementation of new product offerings and pricing models that directly influence our global scalability and financial integrity.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of new product and service offerings within the global order-to-revenue ecosystem.

  • Drive the integration of diverse revenue streams into advanced ERP and CRM platforms, including Oracle, Salesforce, and RevPro.

  • Spearhead revenue operations for major M&A activities, divestitures, and large-scale system integration projects.

  • Influence executive decision-making by acting as a key liaison between Finance, IT, and Sales to align strategic priorities.

  • Champion automation and process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and internal controls across global operations.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership in Revenue Operations or Revenue Accounting within a complex, global organization.

  • Deep technical expertise in ASC 606 and revenue recognition principles in a systems-driven environment.

  • Proven track record leading cross-functional transformation and systems integration initiatives.

  • Strong experience with Oracle (ERP), Salesforce (CRM), and revenue automation platforms.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.

Bonus Points For:

  • Active CPA license or MBA.

  • Experience managing revenue operations during significant corporate divestitures or M&A transitions.

Logistics:

Location: Westminster, CO or Sunnyvale, CA Onsite (4 days Weekly)

Travel Requirement: 10%

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
