The Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the business by assisting with logistics, inventory management, team coordination, and event preparation. This role helps ensure that all operational tasks are organized, supplies are prepared, and service runs smoothly.


The Operations Coordinator works closely with leadership and staff to maintain operational efficiency and ensure that every guest experience reflects the companys standards and brand values.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with coordinating daily operations and service logistics.
  • Help prepare equipment, supplies, and materials for service days and events.
  • Support the execution of operational processes and procedures.
  • Assist leadership with improving operational workflows.
  • Help coordinate team schedules and service coverage when needed.
  • Communicate operational updates between leadership and staff.
  • Monitor inventory levels for coffee, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.
  • Assist with ordering and restocking inventory.
  • Maintain organized storage areas and inventory records.
  • Assist with planning and preparing for catering events or service days.
  • Ensure equipment and supplies are packed and ready for transport.
  • Support setup and breakdown of service stations.
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces and equipment.
