Job description

We're looking for an entry-level team member who is eager to learn, grow, and develop with our company. This position is primarily intended to support afternoon operations on Thursdays and Fridays, with potential weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, generally between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. As business needs evolve, there may be opportunities for additional hours and future full-time employment.

Position Summary

Team Member I is an entry-level operations role responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality vehicle wash services in both express and full-service environments. This position supports daily site operations through vehicle preparation and exterior service tasks while working under direct supervision of site leadership.

This is a non-exempt, hourly position.


Essential Functions

The following duties are considered essential functions of this position:

  • Prepare vehicles for wash services in accordance with company procedures
  • Assist with vehicle loading under supervision
  • Perform exterior cleaning and service tasks
  • Operate assigned equipment safely and according to training
  • Maintain cleanliness of tunnel, lot, equipment, and work areas
  • Comply with all company safety standards and the Injury & Illness Prevention Program (IIPP)
  • Immediately report hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions

Customer Experience Responsibilities
  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide basic service information
  • Direct customer concerns or complaints to management

Qualifications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
