We are working to launch 1,000 next-generation venture capital firms by 2025, transforming the face of venture capital. We run VC Lab, the leading venture capital accelerator worldwide, and operate the Decile Hub platform, which combines CRM, back office, digital signing, data room, and many other critical tools for VCs.
We are hiring a Head of Operations to lead the day-to-day operations of our complex and market-leading business. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional execution skills who can optimize and scale our operational processes to support hundreds of venture capital firms globally.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operational infrastructure of our fund administration business, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our growing portfolio of VC firms
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that balance efficiency, quality, and scalability while delivering a delightful experience for our clients
  • Collaborate with product teams to align roadmap priorities with customer feedback and rollout initiatives (e.g., feature launches, UX enhancements, onboarding flows) that measurably improve customer experience and retention
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of fund operations and customer success professionals across multiple time zones
  • Create and manage benchmarks and reporting systems to drive continuous operational improvement and best-in-class customer service
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align operational capabilities with company growth targets
  • Ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions for our fund administration clients
  • Drive automation and process optimization to increase capacity while maintaining our 90+ NPS
  • Manage relationships with key service providers and strategic partners that can support the portfolio
