Job Description

TRACE is a dynamic and growing international organization based in Annapolis, Maryland that provides practical and cost-effective anti-bribery compliance solutions for companies with global operations. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Strategy and Communications, the Sales Operations Associate will own the full administration of our company-wide Salesforce instance and also generate and qualify new sales leads for the Business Development Team. Ideal candidates will be results-driven and organized and have strong business judgment and problem solving skills. Responsibilities:

  •  Lead the administration of our company-wide Salesforce instance;
  • Design and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions for business processes throughout company;
  • Create and maintain automation processes including validation and workflow rules, process builder and approval processes;
  • Maintain data integrity, including database de-duping and clean up;
  • Develop reports and dashboards for all user groups including Senior Management, Sales, Marketing and Contracts;
  • Implement forecasting to predict and plan BD sales cycles;
  • Train new Salesforce users and conduct company-wide trainings;
  • Document customization and update user guides;
  • Work with other teams and IT to facilitate interface between Salesforce.com and other systems;
  • Proactively identify issues to stay ahead of potential problems and develop solutions;
  • Daily management of Salesforce.com for Business Development team;
  • Leverage Salesforce.com to prospect into specific geographic territories and / or vertical markets;
  •  Learn and execute proven processes and techniques to generate new sales leads and opportunities;
  • Prospect to assigned target accounts with the goal of generating interest in TRACE and securing a follow-up discussion and / or demo;
  • Deliver qualified opportunities to ensure maximum sales productivity and enabling Sales Reps to focus on selling and closing deals at higher rates;
  • Document all activity and outreach into Salesforce.com;
  • Communicate Salesforce enhancements to all user groups;
  • Stay updated on new Salesforce technology and applications within the App Exchange.
Qualifications
  •  2+ year(s) of experience as Salesforce Administrator or user;
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline: Applicants with relevant work experience and/or individuals currently enrolled in a continuing education program may also be considered;
  • Strong reporting and data management skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Experience with marketing automation, Salesforce Service Cloud and Apex triggers a plus;
  • Salesforce Admin (201) or Dev (401) certification also a plus.
