Trustpoint has an immediate opening for a Contract Operations Coordinator to support a global organization on a long-term contract assignment expected to last 6+ months, with the potential to convert to a permanent position. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for a highly organized professional with experience coordinating contracts, managing documentation, and partnering with cross-functional teams to keep contract workflows moving efficiently. Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the intake, routing, tracking, and completion of contract requests through the contract management process
  • Serve as a liaison between Sales, Legal, and internal business teams to facilitate timely contract reviews and approvals
  • Monitor contract status, follow up with stakeholders, and proactively identify potential delays
  • Maintain accurate contract files, amendments, supporting documentation, and version control
  • Ensure contracts and related documentation are processed in accordance with internal policies and established procedures
  • Support contract process improvements and encourage adoption of standardized workflows
  • Respond to contract-related inquiries and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Prepare reports and maintain organized records to support audits, compliance efforts, and operational reporting

Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in contract administration, legal support, sales support, or a related administrative role
  • Experience reviewing, coordinating, or managing contracts in a corporate or legal environment
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems or other contract management software (Agiloft preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume work and competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience working in regulated or process-driven environments is a plus
