This position has a term length of 5 weeks.

Location - This role is in-person at North Campus Edmonton.

The Faculty of Nursing is seeking an Operations Support Assistant!

The successful candidate will organize and consolidate several storage areas, as well as review, sort, and consolidate physical and electronic records, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and properly maintained. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, discretion when handling confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

  • Organize, sort, and consolidate materials across multiple storage rooms to improve accessibility and space utilization
  • Review hardcopy documents and prepare materials for shredding, retention, or digitization in accordance with established procedures and direction provided.
  • Prepare files for scanning by removing staples, labeling folders, and ensuring documents are complete and legible.
  • Maintain accurate records related to archived, digitized, and destroyed documents while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Operate scanners, Xerox equipment, and related office equipment to support digitization and file management activities.
  • Assist with general records cleanup and organization activities as required.
