Overview

The Calendar and Operations Assistant will support the Calendar Team to ensure cross-functional teams are aligned on critical milestones, deadlines, and deliverables throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key Accountabilities
  • Support the company-wide Product Development Calendar, ensuring timelines remain accurate and up to date
  • Prepare Cross-Functional Team (CFT) meeting agendas, update scorecards, and compile biweekly calendar review presentations
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and action items across multiple teams to help ensure projects remain on schedule
  • Coordinate Key Milestone meeting scheduling
  • Maintain timeline updates, identify scheduling conflicts, and escalate risks when appropriate
  • Maintain organizational charts and other operational documentation
  • Partner with cross functional teams to gather updates and communicate changes as needed
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and calendar efficiency
  • Special projects as assigned
Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities/Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, Product Development, or related field
  • Prior internships and/or related experience required
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
