Part-Time to Full-Time Operations Assistant
Location: New Castle, DE
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible within these hours)
Position Summary
Felder Group USA is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Operations Assistant to support our Operations and Accounting departments. This position offers the opportunity to begin on a part-time basis and transition to full-time for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate is a fast learner with strong administrative, customer service, and accounting skills. Experience with QuickBooks is required. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Generate customer invoices and assist with billing activities
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (A/R) and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Assist with collections and customer account inquiries
  • Support Accounts Payable (A/P) functions
  • Prepare and review aging reports
  • Monitor and maintain open order reports
  • Assist with month-end reconciliation activities
  • Maintain organized filing systems and accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Assist with special projects as assigned
  • Support general administrative and operational functions
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in operations, accounting, administration, bookkeeping, or customer service
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks required
