We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Tanger Outlets Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Position Overview

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will partner with the Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong sales performance, and operational excellence. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will assume responsibility for the overall operation of the store.

Support Store Operations
