How you'll contribute
A Physician Services Operations Analyst who excels in this role:
  • Assists with a variety of research, data collection, and trend analyses to provide statistical, financial, and performance information to administrators, department directors, and other key staff in support of decision-making processes.
  • Reviews company policies and business processes to identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency.
  • Analyzes data and information to identify business opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
  • Works closely with executive management to achieve outcomes aligned with company goals.
  • Recommends and updates policies and procedures to improve organizational performance.
  • Enhances workflow processes and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Collaborates with sales and engineering teams to improve cost-effectiveness across all platforms.
  • Creates monthly reports for management highlighting key findings, trends, and assessments.
  • Stays current on industry developments and market trends.

Applicants should have obtained a Bachelor's Degree. Additional requirements include:
  • Bachelor's Degree Required Master's Degree Preferred.
  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
  • A minimum of 3 years as an analyst in a professional setting is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good interpersonal skills to work with different management levels.
  • Strong business acumen Ability to sit in front of a computer for many hours a day.
