Fondomonte is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Operations Analyst to help support the financial and operational performance of our agricultural business. In this high-impact role, you will partner with Commercial, Finance, Operations, Logistics, and Procurement teams to improve forecasting, manage orders, analyze performance, and deliver excellent customer service. Full-Time | Salary: $83,000 – $87,000/year, depending on Qualifications

Schedule: In-office, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

What You’ll Do
  • Provide best-in-class customer experience through order management, process improvement, and problem-solving
  • Monitor and manage timely sales order processing within SAP Sales and Distribution, maintaining required support documentation
  • Develop financial and sales analysis, presentations, dashboards, and reports (variance analysis, margin analysis, KPI tracking) to support data-driven decision-making
  • Assist with new customer solicitation, bid preparation, and commercial contract review, including financial terms and pricing
  • Perform accounting and financial analysis functions supporting A/P, A/R, customer account reconciliations, and revenue reporting
  • Partner with customers and vendors on billing, payment processing, and financial process improvements
  • Maintain internal and external reporting, including cost analysis, sales performance metrics, and budget-to-actual comparisons
  • Coordinate processing of damage claims and communicate delivery delays with customers alongside Operations and Logistics
  • Liaise with Operations, Logistics, Procurement, and Finance to service customers and support accurate financial reporting
  • Maintain and update internal documentation, including financial and reporting procedures
 What You’ll Bring
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex international documents, regulations, and procedures
  • High proficiency preparing, analyzing, and interpreting financial and sales data in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and financial modeling
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Working knowledge of SAP transaction codes (T-Codes)
  • Diligent, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with financial data
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with sound independent judgment
  • Collaborative team orientation that prioritizes team success
Education & Experience
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience
  • Background in Agriculture, Logistics, Business Management, Finance, or Accounting preferred, not required
  • Strong customer service or business development experience
  • Experience supporting financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and data-driven decision-making preferred
  • SAP or similar ERP experience preferred, including familiarity with relevant T-Codes
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications; BI/reporting tool experience a plus
