About the Role
The Sales Operations Analyst plays a critical role in enabling sales productivity, forecast accuracy, and operational rigor across the Sales organization. This role partners closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to turn data into insights, improve processes, and ensure the sales team is equipped with the tools, reporting, and structure needed to scale efficiently.
What You'll Do
  • Sales Performance & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to deliver actionable insights. Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to track KPIs, pipeline health, and overall sales performance.
  • Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Partner with Sales Leadership to support accurate forecasting and pipeline analysis using historical data, trends, and CRM insights.
  • CRM Ownership & Data Hygiene: Own day-to-day CRM administration (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and adoption. Develop and monitor hygiene reporting (aging, late-stage opportunities, stalled deals).
  • Process Optimization: Evaluate, refine, and implement scalable sales processes that improve efficiency, consistency, and visibility across the sales organization.
  • Sales Enablement & Support: Provide operational support including territory management, account assignments, quota setup, and tool training for sales users.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success to align on go-to-market initiatives, compensation planning support, and customer experience improvements.
  • Meetings & Cadence Support: Assist in planning and delivering Monthly All Sales meetings, Sales Kickoff activities, and leadership presentations.
