Specifically, standardizing and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and playbooks created by the Operations Lead to ensure they are current and accessible; and tracking the lifecycle of MOUs, contracts, and funding agreements, ensuring that all documentation is correctly filed and that renewal/reporting dates are flagged.
This role will coordinate a team effort to standardized email outreach and maintain consistent messaging and communication processes for regularly scheduled events and programming. Additionally, supporting the Operations Lead and AVP in the creation of slide decks and reporting visualizations for leadership and council meetings.
Communications, Website, & Social
The Operations Analyst will execute regular updates for the team websites, ensuring content is fresh, accurate, and reflects current initiatives; manage social media accounts and digital communication channels to engage the student builder community, aligning content among CSI, KCE and the AI Fluency initiative.
