Credence has an immediate opening for an Operations Analyst at the Senior level supporting AFLCMC/WAX at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.
The Plans and Programs Division supports the modernization and sustainment of Fighter and Advanced Aircraft (F&AA) capabilities for the U.S. Air Force and coalition partners. The division manages capability planning, technology integration, program oversight, and cross-functional processes-including airworthiness, configuration management, system safety, and cybersecurity-from concept through fielding. It also develops future capability roadmaps in collaboration with Air Force Major Commands (MAJCOMs) and other key stakeholders.
  • The Operations Analyst shall provide overall division support for administrative functions, DTS, special projects, awards, training, and other non-acquisition support functions.
  • Advise senior leaders, supervisors, and managers on special projects support. The Contractor shall independently perform research and advise on a variety of issues of a sensitive nature that concern policies and procedures and related legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements. The Contractor shall review draft regulations, directives, and other guidance and prepare recommendations and comments reflecting impact on local policy or practices.
  • Collect and/or measure various division requirements defined by the Government. The Contractor shall review and interpret data collected by other project members for accuracy and consistency with policy, procedures and customer objectives. The Contractor shall also serve as a PM for special studies, initiatives, and projects as defined by senior leadership. The Contractor shall complete special projects reports in directed format to provide insight to the divisions, and branches. The Contractor shall develop and present briefings and reports on studies/project status, findings, and/or recommendations to senior functional managers and upper management.
  • Participate in discussions and meetings or serve on panels or committees, and provide written reports and/or briefings outlining findings and recommendations. The Contractor shall provide rationale to management while coordinating with activities across multiple directorates, organizations, Centers, MAJCOMs, and HQ USAF. The Contractor shall present clear, concise and well-structured presentations, oral or in writing, that address the designated issues. The Contractor shall consider the composition of the audience, knowledge level, and desired outcome when composing the material. The Contractor shall identify problems, both in broad and detailed terms, and attempt to resolve conflicts in a timely manner through discussions with responsible members in a meeting or working group.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining master files and file plans of program data (both classified and unclassified), to facilitate tracking and resolution of issues associated with operations. The Contractor shall have a working knowledge of the following systems/processes, including, but not limited to: AFRIMS, DTS, SOCCER, ETMS2(TMT),, MICT, and PMRT. The Contractor shall assist in retrieving data/information in the form of queries and reports; assist in the maintenance of tracking systems for identifying deficiencies, recommending corrective actions/closures, and preparing documentation for Government review and approval.
  • Assist in performing self-inspections and present detailed and comprehensive reports with any corrective actions taken or required. The Contractor shall ensure complete and quality resolution of discrepancies. The Contractor shall assess and revise policies and procedures as needed to find ways to improve quality, timeliness, and efficiency of work.
  • Assist in processing nomination packages for quarterly/yearly recognition programs and special trophies. The Contractor shall assist in processing monetary and honorary recognition packages.
  • Provide instructions and training to staff members and action officers on procedures for proper submission and tracking of staff packages in SharePoint and the TMT systems. The Contractor shall be responsible for tracking division suspenses, eSSS, staff packages, operating instructions, and various correspondence.
  • Support special projects and initiatives and perform special assignments. This support includes identifying the need for special projects and initiating milestones and goals. The Contractor shall evaluate reports by analyzing facts and performing appropriate research and prepare detailed responses.
  • Support administrative tasks as necessary to support division functions. These tasks include: tracking manning and preparing charts; data entry functions; integrating information into required reports; generation and maintenance of requirements, files, forms and established file plans; processing mail (receive, sign for, and distribute unclassified mail, and access, store, and handle classified material as required); preparing correspondence; management and operation of office equipment. The Contractor shall assist with ordering of office supplies by gathering requests from customers, preparing, and itemizing various lists of supplies/equipment to be ordered by the Government.
  • Shall be responsible for the administration for travel orders and vouchers for the division. The Contractor shall maintain a working knowledge of the JTR, DoD FMR, and DTS WPAFB business rules. The Contractor shall accomplish CONUS and OCONUS travel preparation in support of program meetings, reviews, audits and other activities held at USG and Contractor facilities.
  • Experienced with DTS and shall remain current on all DTS changes. The Contractor shall update and train all division personnel on the usage of DTS. The Contractor shall assist in maintaining and creating member travel authorizations, orders, and vouchers as needed.

  • GED and at least five years of experience in the respective profession being performed, five of which must be in the DoD.
