About the position

A developing Operations Analyst contributes to maintaining efficient workflows and operations within Keyfactor's Services organization, serving as an escalation point for service sales inquiries and leading the creation of accurate SOWs and Service SKUs across functions.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with Sales, Tech Sales, and cross-functional teams to gather customer requirements, recommend appropriate service SKUs, and align offerings to customer needs
  • Support RFP/RFI responses and provide guidance on service capabilities, delivery methodology, and standard practices
  • Collect End-Customer requirements and collaborate in drafting Level of Effort estimates.
  • Review and drive feedback on MSAs/T&Cs/RFPs/etc. on behalf of the Professional Services team.
  • Provide insightful feedback on deployment strategy and standard SKUs/SOWs for new products.
  • Field complex questions on service methodology and delivery best practices.
  • Implement new processes and procedures to support hyper-growth.
  • Review and analyze delivery services data to improve sales workflows and scoping processes

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or relevant field; or equivalent experience.
  • In-depth understanding of operations analysis principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and insights.
  • Average understanding of technology such as software, networking, and system development.
  • Average experience interacting with 3rd party reseller/service providers/partners.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Ability to influence and persuade team members through effective communication.
  • Average analytical, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently, mentor junior team members, and contribute to process improvements.
