Job Summary

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will partner closely with the Sales Operations Manager to help accelerate the growth and maturity of the Sales Operations function for Outdoor Brands at W.C. Bradley Co. This role will support the development of stronger reporting, more effective business processes, improved data quality, and more disciplined execution across the commercial organization.

This role is intended for an experienced analyst who can bring structure to ambiguous problems, improve analytical rigor, and help modernize how Sales Operations supports the business. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability, business acumen, technical skill, and a practical process-improvement mindset. This person will play a key role in helping Sales Operations grow into a more scalable, data-driven, and high-impact function.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will partner closely with the Sales Operations Manager to help accelerate the growth and maturity of the Sales Operations function for Outdoor Brands at W.C. Bradley Co.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools that improve visibility, decision-making, and sales execution
  • Support process improvement initiatives that reduce manual work, improve consistency, and create more scalable ways of working
  • Translate business questions into structured analysis and actionable insights for Sales and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Help standardize reporting, templates, workflows, and operating routines across Sales Operations
  • Support pricing, promotions, customer/program analysis, sales planning, and related commercial initiatives as business needs evolve
  • Validate, reconcile, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources, including retailer portals, internal systems, and business-owned filesIdentify reporting gaps, process inefficiencies, and data issues, and recommend practical improvements
  • Assist in documenting SOPs, business rules, definitions, and process expectations to support a more disciplined operating model
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, Operations, and related teams to support execution and improve business processesProvide reliable ad hoc analysis and support special projects tied to the continued growth and maturation of Sales Operations
Qualification Requirements

Minimum Education:  Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field 


Minimum Work Experience:   5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Revenue Operations, or a related function 

License(s) / Certification(s):  N/A 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to work efficiently with data, reporting, and analysis in a business environment
  • At least intermediate experience in Power BI or Tableau, including building and maintaining dashboards and supporting business reporting needs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn loosely defined business needs into structured analysis and reporting
  • Experience improving reporting processes, business workflows, or data quality in a practical business setting
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across Sales, Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, wholesale, retail, or other fast-paced commercial environments
  • Experience supporting pricing, promotions, POS analysis, sales reporting, customer/program analysis, or commercial planning
  • Familiarity with ERP, planning, CRM, or master data environments such as SAP, NetSuite, or similar platforms
  • Working knowledge of ETL fundamentals, Power Query, data validation, and data modeling concepts
  • Experience applying AI, automation, or advanced analytics to improve Sales Operations, forecasting, pricing, promotions, customer/POS analysis, or commercial planning.
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or other workflow automation tools is a plus
  • Experience helping improve or formalize business processes in a growing or less structured environment
