Manufacturing Operations AnalystLocation: San Antonio, TX (On-Site)Position SummaryThe Manufacturing Operations Analyst is an intermediate-level, on-site role supporting daily manufacturing and warehouse operations at our San Antonio, TX production facility. This position provides hands-on assistance to production and warehouse teams, supports system usage and data accuracy, and helps ensure operational processes are executed consistently on the floorDuties and ResponsibilitiesManufacturing & Warehouse Support- Provide daily, on-site support for receiving, production, inventory, and shipping activities.- Assist production and warehouse teams with proper execution of workflows using WMS and Manufacturing Mobile systems.- Ensure raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods are properly labeled and staged on the production floor.- Support inventory accuracy through participation in cycle counts and physical inventory counts.Systems & Process Support- Assist with NetSuite transactional activities, including item checks, bin verification, and data validation.- Verify item components, operational steps, and bin locations to support manufacturing readiness.- Identify and document system or process issues and escalate as needed.Training & Team Assistance- Support onboarding and training of production and warehouse employees on system usage.- Reinforce standard operating procedures and assist with consistent process adoption on the floor.- Provide hands-on guidance during live operations under the direction of management. Reporting & Continuous Improvement- Maintain daily tracking of assigned tasks, issues, and observations.- Provide regular status updates to management.- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.Required Qualifications- Associate degree or higher (preferred) in business, operations, supply chain, or a related field required.- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or operations.- Ability to work full-time on-site in a production environment.- Computer skills and willingness to learn enterprise systems.- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.- Effective communication skills.Preferred Qualifications- Hands-on experience using ERP or WMS platforms in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment (NetSuite and Manufacturing Mobile a plus).- Familiarity with inventory transactions, bin management, or production-related system workflows.- Exposure to cycle counts, physical inventory processes, or inventory reconciliation activities.- Ability to identify process gaps or data issues and clearly document findings.- Demonstrated interest in manufacturing operations, process improvement, or operational analytics.Work Environment- Full-time, on-site role at the San Antonio, TX production facility.- Manufacturing and warehouse environment.
