Location: Springfield, MA Metro Area

Schedule: Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls while providing exceptional customer service
  • Perform a variety of general administrative and office support duties
  • Process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable transactions
  • Utilize QuickBooks Desktop for daily accounting functions
  • Prepare payroll
  • Maintain accurate financial and office records
  • Assist with insurance-related documentation and administrative processing
  • Support day-to-day office operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Partner with leadership to help ensure the efficient operation of the business
  • Qualifications

    • Previous experience in an Office Administrator, Bookkeeper, Office Manager, or similar administrative/accounting role
    • Previous experience with collision/insurance autobody administration
    • Strong proficiency with QuickBooks (QuickBooks Desktop experience required; QuickBooks Online experience is a plus)
    • Experience processing payroll
    • Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
    • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a busy office
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
