Salary: $65,000 - $70,000

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide month-end close support and assist with related accounting activities.
  • Manage accounts payable processes related to grant funding.
  • Prepare journal entries for funders and subrecipients.
  • Prepare and maintain reconciliations and tracking schedules for advanced funds.
  • Monitor and manage federal and non-federal funding sources with varying levels of restrictions.
  • Support grant accounting and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with financial reporting and other accounting projects as needed.
